Well long time to see :) Summer 2012 has coming to an end. We’ve celebrated 3 birthdays in the last month. One being Thomas (aka YAYA) big 21st. Crazy to believe he’s 21. I can remember him the same age at Hoot.

Sawyer is doing wonderful in “school”. We are off the bottle (have been for quite awhile but now it’s all official :), eating with utensils (enough to actually feed herself) and chatting up a storm.... go figure :)

Hootie LOVES peaches and carrot juice. Oh... and we have officially started potting training. Mostly she just hangs out on the potty & goes when the time is right but it’s a start!

At the end of August, we started Tumblebears. A beginner tumble/dance class. Hoot is pretty much only intersted in the parachute & suckers at the end. Slowly making process through :)

As for the adults.... Hootie Hu is in full swing and gearing up for the Holiday season. We are attempting to get a head start... except we keep selling out of our stock! Good problem to have though :)

Here are some quick snaps to show you what we’ve been up to! More to come when I find more time to blog & chat.

Thanks for stopping by!

Happy Birthday America!

Well hello there :)
Yesterday The Hoot celebrated her second 4th of July ever! We had lunch with grandparents & the off to Charlie Texas for food, friends, & explosives.
Hoot partied like a rockstar so hard that she slept through some of the booms & the bangs.
Sawyer will be 18 months young at the end of July. She says lots of things (some even in English), sleeps in her own bed throughout the night (minus a weekend night we we have mommy & daddy sleepovers), and uses a big girl cup instead of a s sippy cup. Woohoo for big victories!!
She’s doing really well at “school” and even hugs all her friends. She can point out (when she wants to.... or prefers to make you a liar) her nose, mouth, ears, and belly. She LOVES to draw on everything... including herself. Girl gets her love for ink honest :)
We will hopefully be starting dance/tumbling lessons next month and this mommy can’t wait! Can you imagine the overload of new camera cuteness! You may want to brace yourself now :)
We also have some big news and changes in store for our Little Lane family. Jeremy has accepted a new job in Midland Texas. It’s a great opportunity for our family. Jerms will be making the big move on his own in the upcoming weeks and becoming Ashley & Brandon’s surrogate son. If the job fits him and he loves it, then Hoot & I will join him. Although I am hoping the next year flies by so I know we will all live under the same roof again, I can't imagine speeding up Hoot growing up any faster.
I’ve been staying uber busy with my new “real” job. I def enjoy getting to meet the many different characters that walk through my office daily. I meant to take a little Summer break from Hootie Hu ... but that’s didn’t really last. We are taking this “time out” to prep for the Holiday season. Isn’t that crazy to even imagine!?
Since our schedules are so bananas, I have taken a little break from scheduling photo sessions. I have enough to keep my doing it without going through withdrawals. Since Jerms will be working 4 hours away, I’m sure more of our free time will be meant for traveling. Never a dull moment of course :)
We’re excited to see what’s in store for us and to share with all those around us.
Thanks for swinging by our neck of the woods :)

{{ Tara && Jerms}}

So as most of you may have heard, Jerms & I opted for a private wedding just for two and said "I Do" to each other this past memorial day weekend.

We met our two photographers and officiant at Penn Farm (located in Cedar Hill State Park:: Cedar Hill TX) early evening on Friday May 25, 2012. I didn't account for all the Memorial Day traffic so all of that leisure relaxed time I thought we would have.... didn't happen.

Don't be fooled--- If you know me, then you know there was stressed. Less than a normal wedding (I think....) but nonetheless.... perfect for us :)

I couldn't keep a straight face and Jerms was concentrating very hard to remember all the words he was being told to repeat. We both succeeded and became Husband and Wife. And of course the first thing he says.... " Now you can't correct anyone when they call you my wife." Yup we've been promoted :)

I just want to give a little shout out to each person that helped make sure our wedding was exactly what we wanted .... and picture perfect. It took an army!

You  know I am the queen of giving credit where credit is due so visit each of our fantastic vendors
(You're welcome in advance because they are all AMAZING!) and enjoy a glimpse into our sweet little shindig for two <3
